I think where a lot of people get tripped up in reaching their goals is that they aren&#039;t focusing on the day-to-day activities that will get them there.  They just stare longingly at the goal, saying, &quot;I really want that.&quot;  If goals are put in their proper perspective (to provide direction, not be all-encompassing) and the bulk of the effort is put into the process of getting there, I think goals become more attainable.</description>
